I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. We were recommended to them by our wedding coordinator at Hacienda Encantada last year. We reached out to them as we were seeking private shuttle transportation to and from the airport for all our wedding guests. Dalilah Martinez was very responsive both via email and whatsap before and once we arrived. They gave our guests a great rate and organized the logistics once we obtained everyone's flight information, so all our guests had a designated driver waiting for them once they arrived. Their drivers are very professional, friendly and speak English. They offered everyone waters and cold beers and they made the 40 minutes straight to the resort go quickly. The vehicles used for shuttles are clean and spacious, and there was enough room for everyone, including luggage. The drivers even waited for some guests that got lost in the timeshare " guantlet" and were delayed to come outside. Our guests said the drivers were easy to find as they had a sign for our party and they loved having a private shuttle and going straight to the resort with only our wedding guests.Upon checking out of the resort and heading back to airport, drivers were punctual and had told all our guest when their shuttle would be arriving for pickup. Dalilah was responsive and available to speak to our guest via Whatsap the entire week, even when a few of our guests needed a ride last minutes after previously not requesting it. All in all, wonderful experience and happy with the superior service Dalilah and her team offered us and all of our guests. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future whenever we go to Los Cabos.
